Overview

Successful organizations do not just happen, nor do they stay successful by accident or chance.  Great organizations have leaders who do the right things at the right time!  OCG assists our clients to create a clear direction for the future, provide “meaning” in work, build effective teams, focus on customer needs, exhibit strong leadership skills and serve as role models for others.

Executive Coaching

We are embarking on a social and organizational revolution driven by global competition and new technology. Organizational leaders are challenged to meet the needs of external stakeholders as well as the people they guide and coach. Sometimes an outside perspective is needed to help work through issues or provide an objective voice. OCG provides coaching in the areas of strategy, interpersonal skills and communication, and change management for those executives who strive for excellence and innovation. We use techniques to increase employee accountability, teamwork, job fulfillment, productivity and profitability. Coaching is conducted in person, by telephone and by e-mail.

Executive and Leadership Development

Leadership is a dynamic relationship between a leader and those who choose to follow.   This unique relationship exists if the leader has the ability to gain the respect, trust, and confidence of the people in the organization. OCG uses a confidential management and leadership development process which strengthens an executive’s ability to lead and manage in fast-growth environments. This comprehensive program includes extensive assessment of a client’s current management style and the creation of a personalized development program supported by long-term coaching. The Dimensions of Leadership Profile® is used to allow learners to explore leadership from one of three points of view: self as leader, other as leader and the need for leadership in a particular situation.

Developing Leadership Skills

OCG helps organizations evaluate their leadership skills within the context of various leadership models and then develop action plans for improving leadership skills. OCG focuses on leadership skills that encompass both technical and interpersonal learning to promote high performance leadership and results. We draw on a wide range of assessment tools such as 360-Degree Feedback to help individuals see themselves the way others see them. OCG also provides on-going individual and team coaching in the development of leadership skills.
